Refunds & Cancellations

Paid passes

• A paid plan is a pass for a fixed period, with the length, allowances and price shown on the Pricing page and in the app when you buy it. You pay once, and it does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Your pass benefits run to the end of the period you paid for.
• No partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in the current period.
• We never reduce an allowance you have paid for.

Top-ups and credit packs

• Top-ups and credit packs come in the sizes and at the prices shown on the Pricing page when you buy them. They are non-refundable once purchased, except as below. They expire 183 days after purchase; the expiry date is shown at purchase and in Settings.
• Failed generations auto-refund. If a document generation fails, what it used returns to your balance automatically. There is no need to ask.
• Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Duplicate or erroneous payments

If you’re charged twice for the same thing, or charged in error, tell us at support@roleora.com with the transaction reference. We refund the duplicate in full.

How refunds are processed

• Email support@roleora.com from your registered email with the transaction ID (or raise it in-app).
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it.

Price changes

We may change prices. You always pay the price shown when you buy, and a price change never affects a pass or top-up you have already bought. If we ever introduce auto-renewing subscriptions, subscribers get email notice at least 30 days before a price change applies to their renewal, and can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Shipping

Roleora is a fully digital service. Nothing is physically shipped. Passes, top-ups and credits are delivered to your account instantly on successful payment.
