Career plan
A plan for the role you want, built from your record.
Tell Roleora the role. It reads the work you have already done and writes a plan with weeks, steps and courses. Then the plan follows your work.
How it works
Four steps, and the plan keeps pace.
1
Pick the role.
1
Pick the role.
Choose the role you are aiming for. Add history your record does not hold yet, such as an internship you never logged.
2
Get the plan.
You see where you stand today, the route, and three to five phases. Each phase has learn, build and log steps, with weeks against them.
3
Work, and it follows.
Log your work as usual. A step is ticked only when your record shows it done, never on a guess.
4
Check in each week.
Every week Roleora shows what to do next. You can ask for a reminder at the day and hour you choose, by email if you want one.

What you get
One page you can act on this week.
- Have and Need rows: what your record already shows, and what the role still asks for.
- Three to five phases, with weeks laid out against the hours you have.
- Learn, build, experience, credential and log steps, most important first.
- Course options beside each learn step, with free ones shown first.
- A weekly check-in, and adjustments when your situation changes.
Honest by design
A false tick is worse than a missed one.
Roleora would rather miss a tick than invent one. A learn step is done when your record shows the skill. A build step needs a case study and a result you can name.
Work a peer has vouched for is marked as vouched. It is never shown as more than it is.
What it costs
Your first plan is free.
After that, a new plan or a refresh costs 2 credits, and so does revising a plan. Reading it, ticking steps and the weekly check-in are always free.
Questions, answered
Yes. If you change the target or your hours, or your record grows, Roleora suggests adjustments. Work you have finished never changes.
Yes. When you make the plan, add any roles or internships your record lacks. You can also write up to 2,000 characters.
Only you. Roleora does not show your plan to recruiters or post it anywhere.
